Golf Outing
Our annual golf outing is set for Saturday, July 7 at Terra Verde.
We do need a person to chair this event ASAP. NOW is the time to
approach businesses for donations as businesses allot only a certain
amount for charity. Members are encouraged to secure gifts and
donations now.

Golf Outing information
Starts at different dates each year
Registration: 7 a.m. (Coffee, Juice, Donuts)
Start: 8:00 a.m. shotgun start
Tournament: 18 holes with cart
Prizes
Traveling Trophy -- Any church that enters one or more foursomes (all must be members of that church) will be eligible for our Traveling Award. The trophy stands about 2 feet high. We will engrave the names of the winners on it and will make a special presentation at your church service for it.
Keep it on display for the year at your church, and we'll pick it
up prior to next year's outing to present to the new winning team.
The best score will determine the winner.
Refreshments: Can be purchased on the course
Luncheon: Served following the
tournament around 12:30 p.m.
Awards: Presented at Lunch
Departure: Around 1:00 p.m.
Fee: $60.00 per golfer (Includes golf, cart, lunch)

*Tournament limited to 144 golfers.
*Payment must accompany registration form.
*Pre-Registration form is due by July 1, 2011.
*Your placement in tournament will be decided
by first come/first serve based from the earliest
postmark on envelopes we receive.
*Get your registration in early to secure
your place. If you do not register and come on the day of the
outing, we cannot guarantee a 'tee' placement if the 144 slots are
filled.
*Golfers may invite a guest to join them for
lunch at a cost of $10.00 per person.
*Any monetary gift given over the required amount is appreciated.
*If you cannot golf for whatever reason once you register, you will
be responsible for filling your spot.
* There are no refunds.
*If you register as a foursome, that will
be your group. If anything less, you will
be slotted with others to make a foursome.
*Feel free to make copies of this registration form to share with
others.
*Shotgun start.
*Special holes and shots will be highlighted
at the tee box.
NEED HELP? Individuals may wish to purchase a maximum of two Mulligans
(1 for the front nine and 1 for the back nine) at time of
registration check-in. Without this purchase beforehand, no
Mulligans will be used in the tournament.
